Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and lighting conditions when taking photos. However, we strive to make images faithfully represent the product. If you need an exact color, contact us and we will send you a sample or additional photo.

We primarily work with PLA, PLA+, PETG, and resin. Each material has different properties: PLA is ideal for decorative figures, PETG for more resistant parts, and resin for ultra-fine details. We will advise you on the best material for your project.

It depends on the model and its use. Most pieces have an internal fill (infill) that makes them resistant without using excessive material. For functional parts we can increase the fill, and for decorative figures we optimize weight and cost.

The time varies depending on the complexity and size of the model. Small pieces can be ready in 1-3 days, while larger projects can take up to a week. We give you an estimate when confirming your order.

Prices shown do not include shipping. Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and package size. For purchases through Mercado Libre, shipping may be free depending on the amount.

Of course! We accept STL, OBJ, and other 3D file formats. If you do not have a model, we can help you find or design one. Contact us with your idea and we will give you a quote.

We carefully pack each piece to avoid damage. If something arrives in poor condition, contact us with photos of the damage and we will send you a replacement. For purchases through Mercado Libre, you have the additional protection of the platform.

Currently we focus on 3D printing. However, we can recommend local artists for painting and special finishing if you need it.

Yes! We offer special prices for wholesale orders. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to get a quote based on the quantity and model you need.

For catalog products, full payment of the item is required. For custom products, once all service requirements have been confirmed, at least 50% of the total project cost must be paid to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. For orders outside of Morelia, full payment of the order is required before shipment can be processed.
